Observatory on medical malpractice
The ERMES Association (Medical Error in Healthcare) operates throughout the country and it is responsible for monitoring and analyzing cases of medical malpractice, in order to raise awareness and prevent further errors caused by negligence. The project is headed by a team of lawyers with years of experience, specialized in compensation for damages deriving from negligence and medical error.
